What Is the gwin9 VIP Rewards Program?

The gwin9 VIP Rewards Programme is a loyalty system built to recognise every active member on our platform. Unlike other platforms that offer one-off bonuses, gwin9's VIP system delivers ongoing rewards for as long as you stay active.

The program is built on a VIP Points accumulation system that tallies automatically every time you place a bet. Whether you're playing slots, Live Casino, betting on the Malaysia Super League or English Premier League (EPL), or enjoying poker and Roulette — every ringgit wagered earns you points that bring you closer to the next VIP tier.

What makes this program truly special is that your reward points never expire. As long as your gwin9 account remains active, all accumulated points are yours to keep and can be redeemed for a variety of exciting rewards — so you can play at your own pace, completely free from time pressure.

How to Earn gwin9 VIP Points Faster

Many gwin9 members ask — what's the most effective way to level up quickly? The answer is straightforward: play more frequently and diversify the types of games you play.

VIP points are calculated based on your total wager amount, not on whether you win or lose. This means every single ringgit you bet counts, giving you a fair opportunity to level up without relying purely on luck.

Slots & Games

RM10 wagered = 1 VIP point. A wide range of slots available at all times.

Live Casino

RM15 wagered = 1 VIP point. Baccarat, Roulette & more.

Sports Betting

RM20 wagered = 1 VIP Point. EPL, Liga Super Malaysia & e-sports.

Bonus Multiplier

On select days, the points earning rate is boosted 2x or 3x!

FAQ – gwin9 VIP Programme

Everything you need to know about gwin9 VIP Rewards

No, there's no separate application required. Every registered gwin9 member is automatically eligible for Bronze VIP status. Once you've accumulated enough points to reach the next tier, the upgrade happens automatically and you'll be notified via SMS or email. Simple and completely transparent.

Your VIP tier is maintained for 30 days after you achieve it. After that period, the system will review your recent activity. To retain your tier, you simply need to reach the minimum points requirement within those 30 days. We recommend staying active to maintain and advance your VIP tier.

VIP points cannot be converted directly into cash, but they determine your VIP tier, which in turn unlocks cash cashback that you can withdraw. For example, upon reaching Gold tier, you will receive 10% weekly cashback credited to your account balance as real cash. This cashback can be withdrawn via Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, or FPX with no additional wagering requirements.

It depends entirely on how actively you play. Some active gwin9 members have reached Gold tier within 4–6 weeks. Diamond requires a higher level of commitment. We encourage you to play within your means and budget, and let VIP points accumulate naturally. On double-points days, you can earn points 2x or 3x faster than usual.
